NGOs that are not in consultative status with ECOSOC may request to participate in the Congress by applying for special accreditation in line with ECOSOC Resolution 1996/31, para 44. The list of NGO applications is shared through the Extended Bureau of the CCPCJ. If no objections are raised by a set deadline, the NGOs are considered approved through a non-objection procedure Upon approval: NGOs receive an official invitation letter, enabling registration in INDICO |
