In November 2014, 5 synthetic cannabinoids were scheduled by Decree No. 691 of 2014 (Ministry of Health) and added to the list of controlled substances included in the Anti-narcotics law No 182 of 1960. The substances in questions are JWH-018, JWH-073, JWH-200, CP-47,497 and CP-47,497 C8 homologue. By classifying these substances as narcotic drugs, their import, export, production, possession, handling, buying and selling is banned.
