The Twenty-eighth meeting of Heads of National Drug Law Enforcement Agencies (HONLEA), Africa, organized by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in cooperation with the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania took place in Dar es Salaam from 17 to 21 September 2018.
