At present there are no funds to facilitate travel of participants to this meeting. All arrangements for travel, including visas, accommodation, and transportation, are the responsibility of participants.
Member States and the observers are kindly requested to register their delegate/s by sending a Note Verbale containing the names, titles and email addresses to cybercrimeAHC@un.org by 23 February 2022, 6:00 p.m., New York time, at the latest. Please do not mail in or hand-deliver formal Note Verbales. The Note Verbales can be issued from either the New York or Vienna-based Permanent Missions.
In accordance with the ongoing COVID-19 mitigation measures including physical distancing requirements, the conference room will have the capacity to accommodate 1+3 delegates per Member State the Holy See, the State of Palestine and the European Union. The meeting will be webcast to the public and delegates who cannot attend the meeting in the conference room are invited to observe the meeting via webcast.
