UNODC assists countries to ratify and implement the UN Protocol on Trafficking in Persons. An effective response to human trafficking is transnational, multifaceted and interrelated.

Through the services we provide, authorities are better equipped to prevent human trafficking, identify and protect victims, and prosecute the perpetrators.
