Workshop on the Liability of Legal Persons and the Adequacy of Corporate Compliance Systems
The objective of the workshop was to support Bolivia to strengthen the regulation of the liability of legal persons while promoting corporate compliance. To that end, UNODC presented international standards and good practices. South-South cooperation was fostered through the participation of the prosecution service of Chile.

Workshop on Systems of Integrity and Transparency in the context of COVID-19 and the Management of Asset Declarations
The objective of the workshop was to support Bolivia to strengthen the national system of integrity and transparency, particularly under the context of COVID-19. South-South cooperation was fostered through a panel on the management of asset declarations with the participation of Colombia, Peru and Mexico.

Capacity Building Programme on the development and implementation of National Anti-Corruption Strategies
The objective of the programme was to provide capacity building on the standards set forth by the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) and the development and implementation of national strategies to fight corruption. The workshops was addressed to public officials in charge of compiling information nation-wide for the design of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Comptroller Office of Chile.

Regional workshops for Zambia on interagency coordination and whistleblower protection.
By disclosing misdeeds whistleblower trigger successful corruption investigations, help save lives and public funds. The workshop on whistleblower protection concluded with agreeing on a way forward for Zambia to strengthen their whistleblower protection system and on the support UNODC can provide to this end.
Interagency coordination aims at increasing the cooperation among law enforcement agencies in charge of conducting investigations of corruption. The workshop aimed at agreeing on the way forward to establish a regular interagency coordination taskforce in #Zambia to strengthen financial investigations to identify, disrupt & dismantle corrupt networks.
