The second Constructive Dialogue on Trafficking in Persons was convened on Wednesday, 4 October 2023, following the 13th session of the Working Group on Trafficking in Persons, in accordance with paragraph 53 of the Procedures and rules for the functioning of the UNTOC review mechanism.
